For those with 0 to 3 months CrossFit experience we offer our Foundations (also known as On-Ramp) Program as a precursor to the regular CrossFit classes. If you are new to exercise, our style of training, or you simply just don’t know where to begin this is the right first step. Great for beginners and the experienced alike! We want to ensure that all our athletes have the same base of understanding. Weekly classes are held for 2 weeks and meet 3 times per week starting on a Tuesday. Classes run Tuesday and Thursday at either 7:30am or 7:30pm and 10:30am on Saturdays with each class lasting an hour. Each class will consist of a warm-up, skill introduction and practice, and a workout designed to accommodate each individual’s ability level focused on the new movements just learned. Fitness nutrition will also be addressed.
As we have designed this to be a fundamental learning series, we ask that athletes interested attend all classes during the 2 weeks of the program. Enrollment is limited – no refunds will be given for missing the series or missing classes.
